A Bit of Digging in the Potager and More Painting

There is so much to look forward to this Spring, and much of it would not be possible without you!!! I try to say “thank you” to you as often as possible, but how do you say thank you to amazing people who make my dreams possible.

Having a potager has been a dream for as long as I can remember, and because of you I was able to get it started this April. The roses were actually added last Spring with more this April, now with some fencing to keep the deer out. Some of my 8-10 year-old roses are now blooming for the first time, as they do not have the deer eating off the new tender shoots that produce the lovely blooms. The simple posts have been keep the critters from walking in.

This year the fencing has been going up. I was able to get a company to drill the holes for me and I have been setting in 8’ posts and garden beds throughout. Here is a short video of the progress LINK.
